Refund Policy

A simple, 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on paid plans.

1. Our promise

If you are not happy with a paid Wedding Arrivals plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked. We want you to feel comfortable trying the Service for your event.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@weddingarrivals.com from the address you used to buy, or include your order/receipt reference, within 14 days of purchase. That is all we need.

3. How refunds are issued

Paid plans are sold through our third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method through that provider. Once approved, refunds are typically issued within a few business days, though the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. After 14 days

After the 14-day window we generally do not offer refunds, but if something has gone wrong on our side, get in touch — we will always try to make it right. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law that applies to you.

5. Free tier

The free tier lets you trial the Service at no cost before you buy, so there is nothing to refund on it.
