Can guests upload videos, not just photos?

Yes. Guests can upload both photos and videos, including phone formats like HEIC and MOV, and everything is kept at full original resolution, never compressed. Speeches, first dances, and the noisy moments between the posed shots all end up in the same album.

What is the difference between the plans?

Every plan is a one-time payment — and every plan includes every feature: unlimited photos, videos, and guests, the live venue slideshow, audio guestbook, guest name tracking, custom colors & fonts, sub-albums, and co-hosts. The plans differ on time and event count. Big Day ($49) covers one event with 3 months of uploads and 1 year of storage. Complete ($89) covers one event with the longest runway: a full year of uploads and 2 years of storage, plus unlimited sub-albums and priority support. Weekend ($119) is three Complete events — engagement party, rehearsal dinner, wedding — each with its own QR code and its own clocks starting on its own date. What if only a few guests scan?

Place the QR cards on every table and guests will see them while they are sitting down. Our average participation rate is 87%. All purchases are final once your account is activated, but our support team responds within 4 hours and will work with you on anything that doesn't go to plan.

Are photos private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your QR code is the only way in — nothing is public. Guests see the shared gallery of approved photos, and you can hide anything before it appears (or switch the event to upload-only mode, where guests add photos without seeing anyone else's). The full-resolution originals are yours: download the whole album, and those files are yours to keep. We never use or share your photos.

When should I set this up?
