GDPR & Data Protection Rights

Individual Entrepreneur Roman Barabanov, registered in Georgia, operates Wedding Arrivals. Although we are based in Georgia, we serve users in the EU/EEA and the UK, and we apply the protections of the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, and Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection. This page explains your rights; the Privacy Policy explains what we process and why.

We are the controller for personal data processed through the Service. For any data-protection request, contact support@weddingarrivals.com.

We rely on the following legal bases:

• Contract — to provide the Service you signed up for.
• Consent — for optional features such as a guest display name; you can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the Service and prevent abuse.
• Legal obligation — to keep tax and accounting records and respond to lawful requests.

Subject to the conditions in the applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time.
• Complain — lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority.

For media uploaded by guests to an event, the Owner determines the purpose of the album and acts as controller of that content, while we act as processor on the Owner's behalf. If you are a guest, you can ask the Owner or us to remove media you uploaded, and we will facilitate the request.

Email support@weddingarrivals.com describing your request. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within the time the law requires — generally within one month — and will tell you if we need more time. Owners can also delete an event and its media directly from the dashboard.

Where your personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA or the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or a relevant adequacy decision. See the Privacy Policy for details.
